I like the product but am sending it back immediately after reading a slew of horror stories
concerning their billing tactics. Also, I made two separate calls to the company to get very clear
instructions regarding dates etc and the first customer service agent was so extremely rude that I completely gave up on her, hung up and called again. This time, a different agent answered and was nicer, but he offered for me to keep the product and I would only be billed 29.95 for it. I asked for an email confirmation of that offer, and immediately re- cieved an email, but it didn't say one word about what the agent had just said to me. The whole thing sent red flags up. I did use a credit card to pay for the shipping. We'll see if they try to pull anything such as I have heard from countless others.

Please take that ugly, wrinkled woman off my Netzero home page. I am sick of looking at her. It is a bad ad. None of us want to think we look like that and need your products.
Their latest ad on Yahoo is insulting. Do they think that the anyone would believe that that kind of result they show is possible? Go from 80 to 30 in just weeks. Sure. Their ad is a better warning than a come on. Stay clear!
I tried the free trial 6 months ago because I just had slight puffiness and a bit redness under my eyes due to crying and after wearing contact lenses for 2 weeks and working with computer. After just 1 night application and 1 morning application (I used all 3 products - one for dark circle, one for anti wrinkle, & 1 for eyelashes) with the right amount as directed in the box, my under eye skin got pulled soooo tight and it gave me lines under my eyes. I stopped using it right away. It's been 6 months now as I wait and wait for my skin to go back to normal, but instead my under eye became more and more crepey, wrinkled, puffy, and dark like i have never seen my eyes like this before. My skin had loosen up, but my under eye just became weird looking and very unattractive. My eyes just never gone back to the way it was before. Now I have to wear concealer everywhere.
I am so madd and frustrated. Anybody experience any bad effects after using the eye treatment? On their website, they are out of stocks on this eye product. I wonder why, maybe it has caused harm instead of good to the customers.
I am definitely a victiom of dermitage. They stated on the website saying the cream works for en even very sensitive skin. i don't think so. Can anybody let me know that I'm not the only one experiencing this?
I started using Dermitage for my face and under my eyes a few months ago and I definitely see results under my eyes and with the texture of my skin. I like the fact that the products don't have a heavy scent and they go on nice and smooth and not sticky.
I get Dermitage product for $5.95 (H&S )and later the charged my credit card $96.95 and when I call the agent said to me , I can keep the product for $50.00 dollars.At this point, I dont want any product,I wan my money back.The agent said, the will charge $20.00 dollars, and until they receive the package. I woulnd get my money back wich is 76.95 right now.so I dont know if i get some money back.
I thought I was ordering a sample of their products for the shipping amount only. Upon receiving the products (which were not really what I thought I ordered I just left it. There was no bill with it. Now, on my credit card statement it shows I owe them $89.95. I would never have ordered those products for that amount of money. I am going to call them tomorrow and also my credit card company. This is definitely a scam.

I thought I was getting some products for the amount of shipping only (a sample they said). I received some products that weren't what I thought I ordered. No billing with it. Now it shows up on my credit card statement as $89.95. I would never have purchased those products for that amount of money. This is definitely some sort of scam. I am going to try to clear this up tomorrow with them and also call my credit card company.
