Dermitage - Anti Wrinkle Technology

There are many topical cosmetic creams in the market today that promises wrinkle-relaxing, age-defying results. Dermitage is one of them. What does it promise to do? Dermitage claims to reduce the appearance of wrinkles by 55%, brings you visible results in just one application, instantly firms your skin, all without the use of needles or injections.

Dermitage is actually a 2-step system. The first step is to use the Instant Lifting Creme. It's supposed to penetrate your wrinkles and then lifts your wrinkles out from beneath. Sounds very amazing. The second step is the Skin Renewal Complex which is a gentle formula to hydrate your skin and increase your natural collagen level.

On the Dermitage website, you can get a free trial. Sounds like a good deal.

Free trial in your dreams? They send it to you and you pay for shipping which is like $3.00 and that is fine, you receive it and think wow this was a big bottle of cream for only $3.00! Then a month later they charge your credit card $69.95 because you did not return it in time. HA! Then they want to charge you a restocking fee to return it after the date. Never saw anything about returning it before the date. Needless to say I think the stuff gave me more wrinkles and I am only 26! Don't fall for the scam!!!!!

Ridiculous! Whatever you do, don't do this. Even when you call to cancel, they won't cancel your subscription.

Based on my experience with the customer service of this company, I would never recommend the product to anyone. They are unfavorable harsh and unprofessional.

I cancelled my order. They told me I could keep what I had for $19.95 instead of sending back. Cancelled my order and sent me a confirmation per email right away on my cancellation. Custmer rep was very nice.

It's not a scam. Read the terms, it clearly states that your card will be charges monthly if you don't cancel. I have been using Dermitage for a few months now and I LOVE IT!

I ordered the trial sample, paid the S&H charge and then even before my trial sample came, I canceled the automatic ship program because I knew I wasn't going to spend that much on creams/lotions, but wanted to see if the product worked. I was very happy with the lotion, I used it around my eyes and it did lessen the fine lines, but too expensive for me. You need to follow the instructions on their website about cancellation, which is very clear, otherwise you will be charged. It is not a scam. You people just do not read and follow instructions which they post!

I was late calling them to cancel. (slipped my mind) I dialed 800-886-8805 and spoke with a really nice lady. I explained to her what happened while she was processing the cancellation request. Without me even asking she refunded half the charge and canceled the subscription. She then notified me that if I ever wanted more product my info would remain in the database and they would charge per request instead of on a subscription basis. In light of the fact that they clearly tell you that its 14 days, and afterwords you would be charged per month I can't really consider this a scam based on taking peoples money under shady pretenses. As for the stuff working? Well that remains to be seen. Honestly folks this one really is a case of people not reading and understanding before signing. In my case it was not calling in the time alotted and even then they were very generous about something they didn't even have to do which was refund half.

I tried the free trial 6 months ago because I just had slight puffiness and a bit redness under my eyes due to crying and after wearing contact lenses for 2 weeks and working with computer. After just 1 night application and 1 morning application (I used all 3 products - one for dark circle, one for anti wrinkle, & 1 for eyelashes) with the right amount as directed in the box, my under eye skin got pulled soooo tight and it gave me lines under my eyes. I stopped using it right away. It's been 6 months now as I wait and wait for my skin to go back to normal, but instead my under eye became more and more crepey, wrinkled, puffy, and dark like i have never seen my eyes like this before. My skin had loosen up, but my under eye just became weird looking and very unattractive. My eyes just never gone back to the way it was before. Now I have to wear concealer everywhere.

I am so madd and frustrated. Anybody experience any bad effects after using the eye treatment? On their website, they are out of stocks on this eye product. I wonder why, maybe it has caused harm instead of good to the customers.

I am definitely a victiom of dermitage. They stated on the website saying the cream works for en even very sensitive skin. i don't think so. Can anybody let me know that I'm not the only one experiencing this?

...SCAM SCAM SCAM...

I tried the product, was not satisfied, attempted to return it and was basically told "too bad-so sad"

This company SHOULD NOT advertise a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee promo - NOT TRUE - 14 Days is NOT ENOUGH TIME to try a new skin care product. Such a shame... I will know better next time. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ADVERTISED ON A FLIPPING POP-UP!!!

Dissappointed Customer.

I,as everyone else here, didn't understand the charges after the "free" trial time elapsed. BUT,once I received the package and read the material I freaked to find that I would be charged 89.95
I quickly called the toll free number and explained my concern. They were very nice to deal with and provided me with the necessary information to return the product.....BUT... before I did... (since the package reads "even if the contents are used")I kept some ...and have been using it since. WHAT AN AMAZING DIFFERENCE. I'm very critical about what I use for skin care and this stuff has surpassed them all! In just one night, I noticed a significant difference in the quality of my skin...and I looked 10 years younger. NO LIE !
If I could manage to get this stuff for less than the going price, I'd fill my cabinets with it!

The verbiage on their site is meant to confuse. Nowhere does it state:
1. Your sample is free for 14 days only; then you will have to pay the full price....what happened to the free sample?
2. If you do not cancel or return the unused product within that time-frame you will be billed for the full price of the product that oh by the way was free for you to use for 14 days, however now, because you didn't call and cancel the product you must love it sooooo much that you are willing to pay for the full price for this free produce. So again, tell me; at what point did you receive anything for free.
3. You will be automatically signed up to receive the product and will be billed $89.95 (has gone up $10.00 since I ordered and $20.00 per month since the first posting on this site) per month until you cancel your subscription.
Let me conclude by saying the product did not do anything for me.

Dermitage is a billing scam.
Below is the complaint I sent to Truste at http://www.truste.com/.This is the company that the Dermitage website uses in their Privacy Page. I filled a complaint with them today so there hasn't been time for them to respond.

"On the billing page where I filled out the Visa billing information there was only shown an invoice of $6.95. Nowhere on their site does it state that I would be charged $99.95 to my Visa; it only states, not on the billing page but on a link to the terms and conditions, that I will be billed (unspecified). It doesn't state anywhere that I will be billed on my Visa and I never authorized it."

If you read the terms of the agreement, they very specifically state that in 14 days if you make no effort to contact them regarding a cancellation you will be billed for the trial.Did all of you people really think that you were getting something for nothing... free trials are nothing more than a company proving their confidence in the product thus giving you the chance to try before you buy.

DO NOT ORDER DERMITAGE!!! IT IS A BIG SCAM! IF YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, THEY WILL CONTINUE PROCESSING PAYMENTS WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION.

IT IS NOT TRUE THAT THEY WILL NOT CHARGE YOU IF YOU RETURN THE CREAM. I RETURNED THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WITHOUT EVEN OPENING IT. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DO NOT RETURN E-MAILS.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

I ordered the $6.95 sample, and was qquite surprised and angry to see that I had been shipped additional creams with a $93 fee on my charge card. I did not understand that the company would automatically charge me monthly; if I had, I never would have tried the product. I do not like the product; it did not help; my skin felt dry; I was billed $93 for a product I did not like. It was a lose lose deal. NEVER AGAIN

It's a bait and switch company. They entice you to try the product but do not make clear the fact your trial order is going to cost you $90 if you don't return it immediately.
